U.S. News & World Report asked Taylor Johnson client MACK Investments to share some of the tell-tale signs of a neighborhood's condition, and whether it's in decline. As noted in the article, one obvious indicator is the state of the local parks, which demonstrates the strength of the local infrastructure and level of community involvement.
