Taylor Johnson is excited to announce it now represents Waterton Associates LLC, a national multifamily investor and operator whose current portfolio comprises nearly 20,000 rental units across the U.S. Founded in 1995, Waterton specializes in value-add investments in which the company acquires and repositions properties on behalf of institutional investors. The units are managed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Waterton Residential. Over the past two decades, the Chicago-based company has managed more than $5 billion in total investments in major U.S. markets. Waterton's Chicago-area properties include the Seneca and the 2,346-unit Presidential Towers, the largest apartment complex in downtown Chicago.
