Kiser Group has been retained to sell 410-440 W. Palatine Road, a 62-unit apartment complex in Palatine, Ill., and 106-124 W. Brink St., a 40-unit complex in Harvard, Ill.
According to Taylor Johnson client John Meyer, managing director for Kiser Group, it's a good time to be a seller of suburban apartments. Meyer focuses on 50- to 100-unit properties in the suburbs and all of the properties he has recently listed have received multiple offers.
