Last fall we told you how Taylor Johnson client MACK Companies had taken its 16-year history of redevelopment and property management expertise to the commercial market. So it's no surprise that its subsidiary, MACK Construction, recently broke ground on Windsor Estates, a 200-bed skilled-nursing unit for McAllister Nursing & Rehab. As Illinois Real Estate Journal reports, the facility is located in Country Club Hills, Ill., a suburb MACK Companies knows well as the firm has bought, redeveloped and managed more than 100 single-family homes there over the past five years.
