Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial is building a 220,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility in the Indianapolis market. After some research on the area, we found out that Indianapolis is one of the hottest markets in the country for this type of development. We sent a note with some figures to the real estate reporter at the Indianapolis Star, which eventually spawned this extensive front-page story in last Sunday's business section. Of course, HSA was prominently featured.
