HSA Commercial has announced that Whole Foods has signed a 45,150-square-foot release at the Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa, Wis.
Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial is a few months away from the completion of the first phase of The Mayfair Collection and it just announced another huge tenant. Whole Foods inked a deal for 45,150 square feet at the 270,000-square-foot adaptive reuse retail project in suburban Milwaukee. It will be the organic and natural food provider's second store in the Milwaukee market. Construction will begin this spring with a targeted opening of early 2016.
