Most people don't think of luxury estates when discussing distressed properties, but Taylor Johnson client MACK Companies continually breathes new life into foreclosed mansions through its MACK Estates arm. MACK recently redeveloped 6 Athena Court in Tinley Park, Ill., a spectacular 15,000-square-foot home originally custom-built for former NBA star Antoine Walker prior to his bankruptcy. As Splash reported, the home was originally built for $4 million and is listed for $1.69 million by Taylor Johnson client Jameson Sotheby's International Realty.
