Construction is moving swiftly for Taylor Johnson client  HSA Commercial at its 270,000-square-foot Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa, Wis. The adaptive reuse retail development is set to open in April and has already landed several anchor tenants, such as Nordstrom Rack, Dick's Sporting Goods, Old Navy and Sak's OFF Fifth. Yesterday, the local Fox News affiliate stopped by the site to meet with HSA's Tim Blum for an update on the project.
