The Marquette Companies recently celebrated the topping off of Catalyst, a 19-story luxury rental tower located at the corner of Washington and Des Plaines in Chicago's West Loop.
 

They say it's lonely at the top, but that certainly wasn't the case at the topping off of The Marquette Companies' Catalyst building last week.
