HSA Commercial has broken ground on a 220,000-square-foot speculative industrial building in the Gateway Business Park at 1025 Columbia Road, Plainfield, Ind.
Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial is taking its speculative development blitz outside of the Chicago market. Earlier this week, the firm announced that it has initiated construction on a 220,000-square-foot industrial facility in the Indianapolis area. This is the firm's third speculative development to be initiated this year.
