Looking for a home takes time and patience -- especially when house hunting with children. But it can also be a positive experience that brings a family together, as Taylor Johnson client Jameson Sotheby's International Realty explained to the Chicago Tribune. Letting the kids become part of the process by taking pictures, timing home tours during the day when the kids aren't tired and having agents answer the children's questions to give the parents a private moment to talk, all go a long way toward making the process go smoothly.
