Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest is largely responsible for the surge in city sales by selling 154 condos in the second quarter at its South Loop by Related collection of condominiums. And TJ client Lexington Homes sold 49 homes this year and recently started sales for two new town home developments in Palatine.
