It's no secret that Chicago's West Loop area is booming. One of the parties directly responsible for this activity is Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos.  A pioneer of this area, Fifield began developing luxury apartments in the Fulton River District in 2006, and, with the delivery of K2 in March of this year, has added five high rises and 2,145 rental units to the neighborhood.
