HSA Commercial Selected To Market Fully Leased Retail/Warehouse Investment Property

Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial recently scored an investment sales assignment in Carol Stream, Ill. HSA was originally retained by the property owner to lease-up the struggling retail and warehouse center at 320 Army Trail Road. In a challenging real estate environment, HSA was able to attract new tenants including American Sale, Crossway, and Back to Bed to completely lease the building.
