Chicago's Real Estate Forum Probes Multifamily's Present, Future

Last week, The Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago hosted its Real Estate Forum at Germania Place in Chicago. Taylor Johnson was tasked with taking the event to the next level by increasing attendance and sponsorships, as well as helping to organize a marquee panel discussion. Thanks to a joint-marketing effort with MA Interactive, the event drew more than 700 attendees (its most ever), sponsorships were up 50% and 11 members of the media were there. Jeff Steele, one reporter in attendance, wrote a recap of the event for Multi-Housing News and Dennis Rodkin wrote this Chicago magazine story.
