John Wilson, president of HSA PrimeCare, participated in Bisnow's National Healthcare Real Estate Summit in Chicago Last week. Wilson's panel pointed out that demand for outpatient care facilities will skyrocket in the next 10 years, but future developments must be budget-oriented and consumer-focused. Wilson spoke about PrimeCare's extensive experience with medical office and outpatient care facilities, as the firm completed two cancer centers earlier this year-The University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Ill. and Franciscan St. Anthony Health Cancer Center in Michigan City, Ind.
