Fulton Grace Realty Holds Successful Grand Opening Celebration

On October 11, Fulton Grace Realty opened the doors to its new office at 2901 N. Halsted St. to a packed house of real estate industry colleagues and clients. The real estate brokerage and apartment leasing firm had outgrown its 750-square-foot digs and upgraded to this new-construction, 2,800-square-foot space to better house its 20+ employees. Taylor Johnson invited the media contingency, with four reporters attending from the Chicago Tribune, Crain's Chicago Business, Realtor magazine and Chicago Agent magazine. Fun Fact #16 - Kathryn Kjarsgaard's hobbies include baking and dining at trendy restaurants, which leads to another hobby - exercising! Each November, she marries the two interests by running the Hot Chocolate 15K. Runners get Ghirardelli hot chocolate and chocolate fondue at the finish line!
