It was a beautiful day for a groundbreaking last week as Taylor Johnson clients M&R Development and RMK Management Corp. gathered to celebrate the start of construction on 73 East Lake, downtown Chicago's newest luxury apartment tower. When completed in Spring 2014, the 42-story building will bring 332 luxury rental residences to the Loop and will offer residents a full slate of top-notch amenities. Fun Fact #15 - During high school, Kim Manning was a foreign exchange student in Thailand for 3 months. Her host family had 4 mothers, 1 father and 12 children. Left to right -- Kim's Thai mom #1, dad, Kim and mom #3.
Toward the end of her stay in Bangkok, Kim had to perform a Thai dance and song for her school. Here is Kim with her music and dance teacher after the assembly. Ask her to sing the song next time you see her as she still remembers it.
