We thought you would want to know that several of our lawyers have been recognized by their peers as tops in their field by the prestigious Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers publications.
2013 BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA
Ken Ballard 2013 Labor Lawyer of The Year
- Founding partner Ken Ballard was awarded the highest distinction Lawyer of the Year (Labor Law/Management-Los Angeles Area) by the prestigious publication Best Lawyers in America.
- In addition, founding partners Richard Rosenberg and John Golper and name partner Linda Savitt have been included in the 2013 edition Best Lawyers in America (Labor Law/Management; Employment Law/Management and Litigation/ Labor & Employment). For John Golper, it was his 11th consecutive year and for Linda Savitt and Richard Rosenberg, their 7th consecutive year being so honored.
Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. A listing in Best Lawyers is widely regarded by legal professionals as a significant honor, conferred on a lawyer by his or her peers. These lists are compiled by conducting exhaustive peer-review surveys in which tens of thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers.
2013 CALIFORNIA SUPER LAWYERS LISTING
- Founding Partners Ken Ballard, Richard Rosenberg, John Golper and Name Partner Linda Savitt once again each have been named to the 2013 California Super Lawyers list as one of the top labor/employment law attorneys in Southern California. They have received this honor every year since the organization began publishing the list.
- In addition, Linda Savitt received an additional high honor of being named to the Top 100 California Attorneys and Top 50 Women Lawyers list as well. Linda has been on this very prestigious list for the past 3 years.
- Litigation Partner Eric Schwettmann and Appellate Specialist Senior Counsel Christine Hoeffner also have been named to the 2013 List of California Super Lawyers. Both Eric and Christine have been included on this list for the past several years.
- Senior Counsel Katherine Hren again has been named a "Rising Star" Super Lawyer, which is the honor bestowed on "Super Lawyers" under age 40.
Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business publication, is a service that rates lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
