BRG&S litigators continue to garner statewide recognition for their work on behalf of the firm's clients.

Last week, the state's two legal newspapers announced that named partner Linda Miller Savitt was selected as one of the Top 100 Women Litigators in all of California.  This important recognition came after the publications solicited nominations for the honor from among attorneys throughout California.

This award comes on the heels of a lengthy jury trial where Linda headed up the BRG&S defense team which represented one of the nation's largest janitorial services contractors in a whistleblower case.  After 21 days of testimony, the jury returned a defense verdict after deliberating less than half day.

During the past 12 months, Linda secured victories in and out of court on behalf of several major hospitals.  The County of Los Angeles and the Regents of the University of California.  Last fall, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office retained BRG&S with Linda heading up the defense in a high profile whistleblower case against the County of Los Angeles District Attorney Steven Cooley and several other individuals from the District Attorney's Office.
