Fresh Texas Grapes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A local vineyard has 500-700 pounds of Black Spanish Grapes that will be picked this week and delivered to the store. The grapes will be in 1 pound bags and delivered to the store at 1 pm on Satureday. These grapes are $1.30 per pound and MUST be pre-ordered. We will only bring in enough grapes to fill the orders. If you want any of these grapes, you will need to call us at the store before 5 pm on Friday, August 2nd, to purchase.
In addition, the following is a list of some local vineyards that have grapes available on a "u-pick" basis. You will need to contact them to arrange picking.

Since the day I started this company, I have taken extreme pride in the way we conduct business with our customers. Anybody can sell cheap, but not everybody can or wants to take care of their customers. At the end of the day, this business is selling to hobbyists, most of which will need some form of assistance at some point in time. I enjoy talking with our customers and really like when they take the time to comment on our service and pricing. Starting this month, I would like to share some of the emails we get each month from our customers.

I just wanted to tell you that we tried out the gravity bottle filler I bought from you earlier this month. Your wife was right, this really is one of the best wine toys I have gotten so far. Thank you for carrying such a complete selection of wine and accessories, you definitely have a new repeat customer!

I ordered 3 quarts of the Super Klere chemicals from George. If you've ordered from him at Fine Vine Wines you know you always got a bushel of packing peanuts also. He always over compensated for the safe arrival of products. Well let me tell you nothing has changed except for no more packing peanuts. These three bottles were triple boxed. Once I pulled them out of the third box, each plastic bottle was wrapped super tight in bubble wrap. I would have put this shipment up against any natural disaster except fire. Again nothing has changed, George you're a class act!

I recently purchased a relatively large start up kegging system. I wrote an email requesting help and prices. Derrick called with a few follow up questions and promptly had a quote for me. We had spoken a couple of times by phone to answer my questions and to put the final touches on my order. Each time Derrick was courteous, professional and treated me as if we had been friends forever. I own three businesses and it is extremely hard to find good employees, it is near impossible to find exceptional employes such as Derrick. He truly is an asset to Fine Vines. On another note your store is outstanding. Well lite, open, stocked and staffed with true professionals. I can't believe I ever did business elsewhere.
