Wine Kit Name Changes - RJ Spagnols
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As part of the agreement between the European Community and Canada on trade in wine and spirit drinks, RJS craft winemaking is proactively changing all names of wines that imply geographical indications prior to any attempts on trademark protection.  This is similar to what the industry faced in the 90's from the French government. In some cases, the word 'style' is allowed while in other cases, they must either claim the varietal source or style, or rename.
In addition, Orchard Breezin' will be changing this spring to highlight its fruit flavors using fun and fanciful names, reflecting the easy-going and approachable nature of this brand. Further initiatives to clarify white, red and rose bases will be made. Notice that Blueberry Shiraz has changed to Blueberry Bliss and Cranberry Chianti will be changed to Cranberry Craze.
Large Equipment for Home Wine Making
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our first shipment of stainless steel tanks has arrived, but they are selling quickly.  If you are in need of tanks this year, be sure to order before they are all gone.

Our shipment of crusher/de-stemmers, presses, pumps, filters and fillers is due in around the first of June.  As with the tanks, place your order as soon as you know what you need.  Come July, these items may be very hard to find.
