This week we are going to talk about:
Excel and Importing
New policies can be imported from an Excel spreadsheet
Commission Tracker uses Excel spreadsheets to import
Policies they need to be in (.xls or.xlxs) format
When importing it is necessary to make sure that your spreadsheets are import ready.
When importing from the Policy or Agent Split templates, make sure that
the "Policy #" column is set to "Text" this will make sure that excel
looks at both alpha and numeric policy numbers. (example below)
