Agent, Carrier, Client and Policy screens all have the ability for you to store notes.

When there have been notes stored in any of these screens you will know by the "Enter Notes" tab will now say "Show Notes" and it is now "red".

This can be important if you have more than one person entering information. 

It's a great feature for facts that you don't want to forget.
