The life of a policy may be tracked by using the policy term list at the top of the policy screen. A new policy term is created each time the policy is renewed and a new term begins. The newest term will always be first in the list. The effective date, renewal date, policy status and policy term number are displayed in this list.

This feature allows you to renew a policy but continue to receive payments and view the Payment History of a previous term.
