As the leaves fall in Southwestern Illinois, so continues the unemployment rate, for the seventh month of decline. Also, great news that the second phase of the harbor construction at America's Central Port is underway, bringing even more capability in freight movement. Port district launches second phase of $45 million harbor construction

Unemployment Rate Drops in September
