Meet the Chefs from Five 8th Street Restaurants
Watch the expert from Senart's Oyster and Chop House shuck oysters - like these shown at right- while you sample Chef Brian Cline's giant shrimp and sip champagne. Learn from the Mcintosh siblings, Winnette and Timothy of Sweet Lobby,  how they won Food Network's Cupcake Wars while sampling one of their newly invented Designer Eclairs - shown below at Taste of 8th.

Get to know Katherine Rurka and Hatib Joof, the owners of Spring Mill Bread, as you nibble away on glorious Chicken Salad sandwiches on homemade organic bread and brownies your mother wished she could bake. Then for a visit far from the USA, observe sushi being created at your request by the chefs from Nooshi Sushi and follow that aroma - its meats being slowly wood-grilled for kebabs - assembled just for you by the chef from Tash.  Both Nooshi Sushi and Tash are soon to open on Barracks Row.
