Greetings!

SURPRISE! It's an unexpected Feng Shui Friday. Sometimes I run across information I can't wait to share until next month, so keep an eye out for these surprise deliveries from time to time.

Feng Shui Tip of the Week

Time. This month's topic was the invisible clutter in time and energy. While you're digesting the impact too many projects and tasks has on your time, here's an app I found that might help.

LIFT. If you made intentions this year that include positive habits and now find yourself juggling all that information in your head, it can clutter your mind and your time. I found a fun FREE app called LIFT that helps you track your good habits so you don't have to track them in your head. Choose from LIFT's lists like Popular (unclutter is here!!), Trending (e.g. take vitamins, walk, make bed), Easiest (e.g. eat breakfast), Fitness Habits, and Learning Habits, or add your own. I added Entering MyFitnessPal app (tracking my calories, exercise and water). I have found this saves me time and keeps me on track. LIFT will send you 'props' that you are on a 2-day streak eating breakfast or a 5-day streak exercising. And you can send 'props' (like Likes) to others when you see them making positive gains.

Energy. Freeing yourself from clutter that zaps your energy is also this month's topic. You might want to check out this article I found on Zite** (another FREE app). This app allows you to create your own 'magazine' of topics and events you are interested in knowing more about. I added FENG SHUI.
