Spring is here, time to celebrate Earth Day and get ready for summer! This newsletter has some local events to celebrate earth day this month. Spring is also the time to plan your summer professional development. We are busy planning the Gold Rush and the Environment to be offered in Angels Camp in July and the Floodplain and Delta Ecology Institute to be offered in Stockton in June. See below for these and the many other environmental education and science classes to be offered in our region.

CSERC Celebrates 25 Years!
Central Sierra Environmental Resource Center is celebrating their 25 years of conservation of forests and rivers and quality environmental education. CSERC offers free school programs about wildlife, water and habitat values. Since 1990, the Center has reached over 142,000 viewers with stimulating and informative programs adapted to fit the interests and the age levels of each group of participants.
