Summer! Get Outdoors!

Summer is here and for many students and teachers that means more opportunities to get outdoors and enjoy the beauty Orange County has to offer, from the beach to the Santa Ana Mountains. Even the OC Fair has the Explorium and Centennial Farm exhibits where children can learn science and see animals. Check out the links and articles below for EE/science summer camp opportunities for children and begin planning for next academic year by exploring available grants to support your projects to foster your students' environmental literacy.

Providers, we have a special professional development opportunity coming up for you at the end of August. Southern California CREEC Regions 9b, 10, and 11 are offering the NGSS Rollout #1 for Providers Workshop on August 22, 2014. Save the Date! Details will follow.
