Summer 2014 - Region 2 - Northeastern

Happy Solstice!

For many of us, summer is a time of renewal as we get outside and breathe in our world. Restoring our balance is vital as we face change in our classrooms. As the temperatures heat up, CREEC has some cool ideas for you and your loved ones. “Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn.” ― John Muir, The Mountains of California. This past spring we brought you news of upcoming Professional Development opportunities. This season we highlight some fabulous Outdoor Activities and thank our local CREEC Providers. We hope you have an Adventuresome Summer!
