A Message from your CREEC Coordinators |
|
Season's Greetings!
Fall is quickly becoming more wintry, highlighting the changes our natural world brings this time of year. Salmon are making their way up local rivers, many birds are heading to warmer climates for the season, ladybird beetles are hunkering down for the winter, and leaves are bringing their stored nutrients back to the soil. I hope you enjoy it all.
I hope you take a moment to check out the changes happening with CREEC as we become the "one-stop-shop" for environmental education supporting teachers across California.
In 2014 we will be introducing the All New CREEC.org website to teachers and administrators throughout our region and across the state. The site offers an easy-to use searchable database of all programs offered by EE providers, as well as news, events, and other resources such as newsletters, grants, and contests.
Please reach out to your Region 6 coordinators, as we're always happy to work with you!
Have a Happy Holiday Season and we wish you a prosperous New Year!
