Communications Liaison for Young Women
Ardis Penny is a communications liaison for young women, assisting them as their life coach, mentor and motivational speaker.
Ardis' corporate title is Media and Communications Specialist at JPMorgan Chase, in previous roles she has been known for being an Executive Assistant extraordinaire, Assistant Chief of Staff and an Events Planner.
Ardis' corporate responsibilities include editing bios, travel and event briefs and coordinating photography sessions for executive committee members. She also schedules large town halls, employee engagements, events and loves updating content on her LOB's internal website.
Ardis is a member of Abyssinian Baptist Church, New York Women in Communications, Inc. and New York Women's Chamber of Commerce.
Her communications training began in high school as a journalism major and drama minor; she plans to continue on for a Masters Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science.
Ardis refers to herself as a "work in progress" meaning she is working to complete her goals as she coaches others with achieving their goals.
She lives in New York with her two children. |

What is next for Ardis?
Partnerships
She has partnered up with US Youth Chamber of Commerce to create a NYYCC (New York Youth Chamber of Commerce) in which she will be the co-founder and CEO.
Politics
Possible run for New York City Council, her platforms will be on Education, Juvenille Justice and Youth Services. Which would potentially lead to inspire a Reality show "The making of New York Politician"

YoungMissCEOs are Confident, Exuberant, Outstanding. Our members are artists, athletes, dancers, lawyers, nurses, teachers and writers in-the-making who seek guidance and coaching assistance to reach their goals. They are also assertive, beautiful, caring, funny and intelligent young women.
How does YoungMissCEOs operate as an organization?
YoungMissCEOs assist with coordinating and promoting positive networking events that also include "charitable donation drives" for the benefit of others.
Why did you create this organization?
Young women as well as mature women need to learn to network with and for each other. Be comfortable advocating for themselves and promoting their brand. Remember the phrase "behind every good man - there is a strong woman" it is our responsibility to help 'young women' become responsible young adults. |
