During this season of incarnation, we want to share with you some of the signs of hope and joy that manifest each day as we minister in West Central. Below you'll find photos of our Dinner Table Christmas celebration held on December 18. Special thanks to the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, St. David's Episcopal Church, and the numerous individuals whose donations of funds and gifts made this event possible.

All of us at West Central Episcopal Mission wish you a blessed holiday season. We are grateful for the support of our donors, volunteers, and prayer partners who make it possible for Christ's light to shine in the darkness. May peace be with you and those you love.

  
Christmas at Dinner Table . . . 
On December 18th, nearly 100 guests enjoyed a Christmas dinner featuring ham, scalloped potatoes and veggies.
 
Then Santa arrived with candy canes for all.


He took pictures with little kids . . .


and big kids . . .


and even our volunteer dishwashers.


 Our guests performed in the annual impromptu pageant before posing with Santa. Angels and shepherds and wise men! Oh my!


And after the dinner, pageant, and visit with Santa, we invited our guests into the church where they received gifts from our generous supporters: backpacks full of necessities for our homeless guests, toiletry bags for men and women, homemade cookies, and warm gloves, hats and socks. Children selected gifts for their parents, and parents for their kids. There was something special for every person to remind them how much we love them.
