Key Drivers for SaaS Success
This presentation was given at the recent SaaStr Conference in February by David Skok. It is a great description of the overall SaaS business model and incorporates his thinking on a variety of SaaS structural and metrics topics. The cash flow trough and that it actually gets worse as growth accelerates is one thing that I think many SaaS entrepreneurs miss.
