This comprehensive workshop will cover topics such as the feeding, products and services, sleep learning, individuation and resource materials. We will discuss the effectiveness and benefits of the simultaneous schedule for your multiple's bedtime, feedings and nap time. Our goal is to provide you with tips and tricks we found to be invaluable throughout the first year and to create an open and caring environment to discuss individual needs and build new relationships.

Since few babies come with instructions, this two-part class covers everything new parents need to know when bringing their baby home. In this series we cover bathing, diapering, cord and circumcision care, bottle feeding, safety tips, baby gear and equipment, infant car seats, and new parent survival tips. We will also give details regarding infant sleep states and sleeping behaviors of the newborn. Significant time is spent on mastering Harvey Karp's "Happiest Baby on the Block" soothing techniques. By learning these five S's parents will understand the most effective ways to comfort and sooth their baby, minimizing crying and maximizing everyone's sleep.
BONUS: The class includes the Happiest Baby on the Block Super-Soothing Sleep Sounds White Noise CD.

This four-week series covers important information you both need for a clear understanding of the process of labor and birth. Classes include interactive lectures on anatomy, an overview of labor, nutrition during pregnancy, false versus true labor, preterm labor and warning signs, simulations of and videos on the birth process, and natural pain management techniques including breathing and relaxation. We will also cover medication options, cesarean birth, and normal newborn characteristics in an educational and engaging format.

Mommy & Me Groups in the Conejo Valley
We are taking names for Mommy/Daddy & Me classes in the Westlake Village/Conejo Valley area. We are hoping to start session in Septmeber. Although, we have some partners such as YogaWorks on board offering us their classroom space to lead classes, we are still looking for more businesses to partner with to come closer to you.
