Sex and Contraception for the Postpartum Woman will be taught by Obstetrician Gynecologist Dr. Sara Twogood. Postpartum is a time to welcome and celebrate the newest member of your family while simultaneously navigating sleep deprivation and a storm of hormones. It shouldn't be a time to be confused and concerned about sex and contraception. During this class, we will discuss postpartum changes that can affect sex and sexuality. We will focus on contraception options for the postpartum and breastfeeding woman. This class is perfect for both pregnant women and new moms alike.

- Teach you normal developmental reactions and how to help your older child with their adjustment.

In this workshop you will learn how to use music to connect with your baby. We will talk about how to use music to establish routine, what sounds are soothing, how music can help with sleep and enhance play, how to communicate with your baby through music, and how to introduce rhythm and tone. With the older babies we will do a baby drum circle and will use movement and musical play with balls.
