The Postpartum Challenges Support Group at The Pump Station has given me a safe space to discuss the highs and lows of new parenthood with other moms who are facing the same hurdles. Jennifer will help demystify the process of obtaining life insurance and teach how to get the best value for your dollar out of a policy. Learn the difference between term life insurance and variable life insurance, and determine which kind of policy is best for your family right now. It doesn't have to cost a lot to make sure your loved ones are protected.
We are interested in helping people understand how important it is to address this aspect of their family affairs since too often it is something that gets put off or forgotten needlessly.

This purpose of this class is to provide support, resources, and a nurturing environment for babies with special needs and their families!

Parents often have many questions when it comes to their baby's mouth: How old should my child be when s/he first visits a dentist? Can breastfed babies get "milk bottle syndrome?" When do I start dental hygiene and what does that "mean?" Should I be giving my baby fluoride supplements? Is the amber necklace really a magic teething helper? In this workshop, we will answer all of your dental health questions for your baby or young child. We will also provide you with in-depth information on what to expect for your child's oral growth and development, how to perfect your oral hygiene techniques, and what to do in case there is dental trauma. All of the basics will be covered! In addition we will provide each family an informational booklet and samples of oral hygiene items that can simplify your child's dental hygiene routine.
