Gluten in Medication: Pressing the FDA to Act Now

Federal regulation is insufficient. Examining labels and package inserts, searching the Internet and calling drug manufacturers may or may not produce an answer. Doctors, pharmacists and patients across the country experience the same challenges. Culinary Institute of America's Gluten-Free Baking Class
Saturday, April 9th, 9:30am-2:30pm
The Culinary Institute of America is offering a gluten-free baking class at its Greystone campus in St. Helena. The class will include sweet and savory recipes straight from the pages of the CIA's Gluten-Free Baking cookbook.
You will discuss and use unique gluten-free flour blends, learn tips for working with and storing gluten-free baked goods, and practice comprehensive, easy-to-master baking techniques.
The cost is $250 for the 5-hour class and includes a CIA logo apron and CIA Masters Collection kitchen utensil to take home. Please register by March 1st because this class will be cancelled if there aren't enough sign-ups. More details and registration
