Odd Bagel getting rave reviews
By Vic Dolcourt
Brent Woodard is a passionate bagel lover, and would regularly start his day with a plain bagel, cream cheese, and a cup of black coffee. That is, until he discovered that he was intolerant to wheat flour. Not satisfied with the taste and texture of commercially available gluten-free bagels, he began experimenting with gluten-free ingredients.

Volunteer raises funds for Camp Celiac through her employer, Williams-Sonoma
Thanks to Mimi Comfort, a member of the Celiac Community Foundation of Northern California, and Williams-Sonoma for a generous donation to Camp Celiac!
Mimi works for Pottery Barn, a division of Williams-Sonoma. Once a month they have a farmer's market at the corporate offices in San Francisco and dedicate a 'Bake Sale' table to raising funds for their favorite charities.
Mimi chose Camp Celiac to be the charity for the bake sale table in February, recruited 10 volunteer bakers, and her carpool buddy created a nice poster. Nice teamwork and corporate-nonprofit partnership for a great cause! They raised $642!
