Summer Sampler Workshops for Future Girl Scouts!
If your daughter or someone you know loves being a Girl Scout, please spread the word and invite her friends, sisters, class mates and neighbors to our 3-hour Girl Scout Sampler Workshops in June and July. Click for details:

Cookie Dollars are on Their Way!
Troops, Service Units and parents/guardians will have the option to pick up their cookie dollars at the Gold Mine stores in Fresno and Bakersfield, Tuesday May 28 through Friday June 14. You can pre-fill this form and bring it with you.
Cookie dollars for Service Units in outlying areas will be delivered by their Membership Development Specialists. If those Service Units would like to make different arrangements for pick up, please contact us:

Troop Happenings - Thank you Girls!
National Prayer Day in Bakersfield on May 2 was attended by many different Girl Scout Troops, who helped with the event set-up, flag ceremony, passing out flyers and wherever needed.

Troop 507 participated in the Lamont Women's Club Mother's Day breakfast. Some of the girls read short poems to the ladies. The Lamont girls had a hilarious fashion show that everybody enjoyed.

Callum Arthur Poulson was born on May 2nd. He weighed in at 10lbs 2oz and was 22 inches long. Congratulations, Dacia and Kevin!

Troop 236 worked with BeHealthyTulare and picked 1,650 pounds of oranges to donate to the food bank! BeHealthyTulare has volunteers help twice a month to pick fruit from homeowners, that would have just gone to waste, and donate it to the food bank.
