Coming Soon... Compact, Low-Cost Hydrogen Purifiers

P+E will be introducing a new family of compact, cost-effective hydrogen purifiers in June. The next-generation PE9000MS series will be the first hydrogen purifier family to deliver consistent 9-9's purity in a compact cabinet that is both Class 1, Div. 2 and CE compliant. This series includes models with flow capacities up to 1-88 NM3/hr (16-1366 slpm / 35-3,070 scfh).

The new purifier series is very compact (30"w x 25"d x 25"h / 762 x 622 x 622 mm) featuring separate nitrogen-purged controls and AC power sections. The advanced design features Siemens PLC controls with an optional touch screen HMI and the user will also have access to the purifier operating status and historical operating data via a front panel Ethernet connection. Other optional features include an inlet H2 mass flow meter, inlet sub-micron filter and catalytic pre-purifier (for use with O2 inlet >100 ppm.)
