Having recently participated in Strategies in Light in San Jose, California, USA and exhibited at Semicon Korea during February, Power+Energy will be exhibiting and presenting at a number of key conferences during 2012, a year of great transition for the compound semiconductor industry. The emergence of GaN and SiC for high power and high frequency devices and the drive for performance and yield in LEDs will mean that many additional firms would benefit from consistently ultra-pure hydrogen. P+E is going on the road around the globe to support the industry through this exciting transition. |

CS Europe in Frankfurt, Germany is an important conference showcasing cutting-edge research destined to shape tomorrow's compound semiconductor industry. Presentations will cover III_V CMOS, LED's, lasers, PV and electronics.
