Intergenerational Christian Formation for Pentecost

Sunday, May 24th will be the last day of Spring Christian Formation and Breakfast. Join us for an Inter-generational Christian Education for Pentecost. We'll have a quick lesson on the Feast of Pentecost and be making streamers for the Pentecost Procession.

Support the Journey to Hometown Nazareth
Vacation Bible School will once again be held at Saint Paul's Church. This program provides the opportunity for outreach and evangelism to children from all over the CSRA. We'd like to ensure all who want to come can come without consideration for cost. You can help support the journey to Hometown Nazareth by sponsoring one or more children at $10 each or even a whole tribe at $120. Please mark your donation as VBS Registration. Wednesday Noon Service
Beginning this week our noon service of Healing and Holy Eucharist will move to 5:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Over the past year attendance at the Wednesday noon service has seen a steady decline. There are many weeks when only the Eucharistic Minister or Altar Guild member is present. Our Celtic Service seems a good place to exercise the Church's ministry of healing and laying on of hands.

Manna Pantry

Our next Manna Pantry will be held Friday, May 22nd and Saturday May 23rd in Tyler Hall. Families with children are welcome to join parishioners of all ages to help in this ministry. Friday afternoon the food is delivered and unloaded from the truck, boxes are assembled, and food organized from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday morning, 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon, recipients are registered, and food distributed. Vacation Bible School
Monday - Friday, June 8 - 12, Registration Deadline May 22
Bring the Whole Flock and Join our Holy Land Adventure: Register for VBS now. Vacation Bible School registration is open for Hometown Nazareth which will be held June 8-12 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in Saint Paul's River Room. We will again join with The Church of the Good Shepherd to host this event.

Activities Each day, children become part of history as they see, hear, touch, and taste what it was like to live in Jesus' hometown! They'll begin with a high energy celebration in the Saint Paul's River room, then join their Hometown Huddle to discuss the day's Bible message. Next, tribes will explore authentic marketplace shops where they will craft cool projects. They will visit Jesus' mom, Mary, and laugh as they play team building games, and sample tasty tidbits as they discover more about Jesus' childhood. Along the way, kids will collect Bible Memory Makers to remind them of God's Word and learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with Celebration in the Saint Paul's River room with an upbeat worship that gets everyone involved. All rising 5th and 6th graders will put their faith into action with hands-on mission work throughout our community. At the end of each day, all the children meet back at the St. Paul sanctuary to wrap up with fun, fellowship and song before our 12:30 p.m. dismissal.

The Parish Office will begin summer hours on Friday, May 29: Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
Memorial Day Holiday
The Parish Office will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

Happening (Youth Grades 10-12)
May 29-31, Honey Creek
Happening #95 will be held at Honey Creek May 29-31, and is open to those in grades 10 - 12. During a Happening weekend, participants worship, play, sing, and talk about God's place in their lives.
