We have a team of volunteers who will gather for the "Angel Tree Shopping Adventure" on Tuesday, December 2nd at 10 a.m.
Volunteers will meet at the Target on Robert C. Daniel Parkway to shop for gifts and party items and then enjoy lunch together at Atlanta Bread Company.
Also, mark your calendar and plan to join us for the annual Angel Tree Christmas Breakfast and Party on Saturday, December 6th at 9 a.m. We will gather and share a delicious home-cooked breakfast and celebrate with cookie decorating, stories, live music, and lots of fun and fellowship! Manna Pantry Friday and Saturday, November 21 and 22
Our next Manna Pantry is scheduled for today at 3:00 p.m. & tomorrow November at 9:30 a.m. Families with children are welcome to join parishioners of all ages to help in this ministry. Friday afternoon the food is delivered and unloaded from the truck, boxes are assembled, and food organized from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday morning, recipients are registered, and food distributed from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon.  Looking for a way to add meaning to your Thanksgiving?
Before the parade, turkey and dressing, football and shopping, give thanks for your many blessings. Bring your family and friends to the Saint Paul's Church Thanksgiving Eve Service 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 26.
The Saint Paul's and Canterbury Choirs will sing and loaves of blessed bread, for use at the Thanksgiving meal the next day, will be given to everyone in attendance. We will collect an offering of canned goods and the plate offerings will be given to the (DCCM) Downtown Cooperative Church Ministries Food Pantry.
Join us in giving thanks on this national and religious holiday.

Attention All High School and College Students: January 16-18, 2015 is the West Virginia Ski Trip! We're traveling by Charter Bus and have a lot of ski time allotted! It'll be awesome! If you, your child or someone you know is a College/Tech School student or falls into the 18-25 age bracket, please send their contact information including e-mail and college/home mailing address to Eleanor Smolen . This applies to any and all college or technical students or any 18-25 year old, whether local or away. We'd like to keep Young Adults connected to their home church and let them know they're loved, supported and missed! Also, we'd love to set up social events around holidays for College Students who are back "home" and would like to see people they haven't seen in a while. Please share their info! |
