Master's Table Soup Kitchen, 702 Fenwick St., Augusta
Saturday, October 25, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
The Master's Table Soup Kitchen will be staffed and sponsored by Saint Paul's Church volunteers on this Saturday, October 25.  First shift from 8:30 - 10:30 is cooking and set up; Second shift from 10:30 -12:30 is serving.  We welcome all volunteers.  There's a job for everyone no matter your age.  Come be a part of this wonderful ministry.  Contact John Clemens for more information.

Tour  of Historic Churches 
Sunday, October 26, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. 
Saint Paul's will participate in the Tour of Historic Churches next Sunday, October 26. Members of the History Commission will be leading tours of Saint Paul's Church and Grounds from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Invite your friends to this free event and stay for the Celtic Service which will begin at 5:30 p.m. Please contact Sid Shields for more information. 
Celtic Evening Prayer and Communion Service will be held Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. Carl Purdy will be our guest musician this Sunday. 

EYC Pumpkin Carving
Sunday, October 26, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
EYC will meet this Sunday in Tyler Hall for dinner followed by pumpkin carving in the River Room Kitchen.  Bring a pumpkin and your creativity.  Contact Kelsey Hutto for more information.

EYC BBQ Fundraiser
Sunday, November 2, Immediately Following the 11:00 a.m. service.
Please join us following the 11:00 a.m. service All Saint's Sunday for a Bar-be-que Fundraiser.  This is the main fundraiser for our Youth Program.  Tickets Available on-line by clicking here & at the door.  Carry Out will be available.

Evensong 
Sunday, November 2, 5:30 p.m.
Evensong is the ancient service of vespers and is sung daily in most cathedrals throughout the world. Saint Paul's Church's version of the service is identical to those sung in these cathedrals, with much of the 50 minute service sung without accompaniment. 

The choir will premier Philip Stopford's "Belfast Evening Canticles." Mr. Stopford composed this music for St. Anne's Cathedral, Belfast, Ireland, and the performance by the Augusta choir will be one of the first in the United States.  Also included in the service will be music of Richard Ayleward and Edgar Bainton.

 

A reception in Tyler Hall will follow.

Tuesday's Music Live  
November 4, 12:00 noon
Tuesday's Music Live, America's largest luncheon concert series, continues its 27th season with a free concert by Yooni Han, Pianist, on Tuesday, November 4, 12:00 noon. Lunch following the concert is being catered by Edgar's Grille and advance reservations can be made online at www.TuesdaysMusicLive.com, or by calling the Box Office, 706-722-3463.
Baptism Offered
Sunday, November 9
The Sacrament of Holy Baptism will be offered Sunday, November 9, at the 11:00 a.m. service. If you are interested in being included in this service please contact the Parish Office by Monday, November 3. 
Acolyte Training
Sunday, November 9, 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Quarterly training for all acolytes will be held immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service, Sunday, November 9 .  If you are unable to attend this training, please contact Todd Shafer.  All youth 8 years old and older are invited to join the Acolyte Guild. Please contact our Acolyte Master, Todd Shafer, for more information.
