Master's Table Soup Kitchen, 702 Fenwick St, Augusta
Saturday, June 7th, 8:30 - 12:30 a.m. 

A team from Saint Paul's is scheduled to serve at the Master's Table Soup Kitchen, Saturday morning, June 7th, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

The Master's Table Soup Kitchen serves a hot lunch to more than 325 hungry people every day, 365 days per year in downtown Augusta. For more information click here.

Volunteers are needed to help cook and serve the meal. First shift is preparation, 8:30 - 10:30 a.m., adults and EYC. Second shift is serving, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and welcomes participants of all ages. Join us for one or both shifts. This Sunday we welcome into the Body of Christ through Baptism Jagger Luther Medved, son of Laura Luther and Jamie Medved and grandson of Karen and John Luther. 
Children's Pentecost Streamers
Sunday, June 8th, 10:00 a.m. service 

All children are invited to join the procession Pentecost Sunday, June 8th, with a Pentecost Streamer. Please meet in the Narthex no later than 9:45 a.m. Contact Michelle Hawkins  for more information.
Children's Christian Education Teachers to be honored
Sunday, June 8, 10:00 a.m. service

We will honor all Children's Christian Education teachers on Sunday, June 8th at the 10:00 a.m. service. Please come and help us honor these teachers who have dedicated their time and shared their faith with our children at Saint Paul's. 

Our annual Parish Picnic
will be held in the River Room this Sunday
immediately following the 10:00 a.m. service.  


The Church is providing chicken.
 Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.

VBS Crew Leader Training

Vacation Bible School Kick-off
Reid Memorial Church, Fuqua Center Lawn,

We will kick off VBS (Vacation Bible School), Sunday June 8th, at 5:30 p.m. at Reid Memorial Church.  Bring the family and a side dish or salad as we gather with our VBS Partners and Community of Faith: Church of the Good Shepherd, Reid Memorial Presbyterian, and Woodlawn Methodist for a special worship service and dinner.   
Celtic Evening Prayer and Communion Service will be held Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. Ruth Berry will be our guest musician this Sunday.

VBS (Vacation Bible School Begins Monday
Church of the Good Shepherd, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
VBS  begins next week, Monday-Friday, June 9 - 13, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Church of the Good Shepherd (COGS).  Don't worry if you missed the pre-registration deadline; you may register Monday! Arrive early on Monday morning at Good Shepherd and look for the "Late Registration" table on the church lawn. Registration forms are available in the Narthex, in the rack outside the Parish Office and by clicking the link below.  Completing this form in advance will help expedite the process.

A memorial service will be held for Anne Berlin, Saturday afternoon, June 14, 2:00 p.m. at the Palmetto Cemetery in Brunswick, GA, with The Very Reverend Billy Alford officiating.  The cemetery address is 3412 Ross Rd, Brunswick, GA.  The gravesite is at 15th and Cedar "streets" inside the cemetery.

Donate Summer Sunday Guest Musicians
Donate summer Sunday guest musicians. On the Sundays during July and August when the choirs are on vacation there are opportunities to provide for guest singers and instrumentalists. Star Spangled Fourth Concert & Afterglow Party 
Friday, July 4th, 7:30 p.m.
The 18th annual Star Spangled Fourth concert is Friday the 4th of July at 7:30 p.m. at St. Paul's Church followed by the Riverwalk fireworks display. New in 2014 is the addition of special guest star, Russell Joel Brown, who joins the 100 member Independence Day Chorus and Orchestra in performances of all your favorite patriotic arrangements. An Afterglow Party in the River and Berlin Rooms will be catered by the Publix Deli and Bakery and ice cream will be provided by Pet Dairy. WRDW CBS TV is the television sponsor.
