Student Councils Recognized for Outstanding Work

Clear Horizons Early College High School has been awarded a 2014 National Gold Council of Excellence Award by the National Association of Student Councils (NASC). To qualify for the award, the CHECHS Student Council had to meet a variety of criteria including leadership training for council members, school and community service projects, spirit activities, financial planning and active participation in their state and national student council associations. Congratulations!

The Clear Brook High School Student Council has earned three outstanding achievement awards from the Texas Association of Student Councils (TASC): the Energy and Environment Award, the Pride and Patriotism Award, and the Community Service Award. The Clear Brook Student Council is now classified as an "Outstanding Student Council," a distinction reserved for less than 20 percent of TASC schools. Congratulations on this achievement!
