Clear Falls High School Liaison Officer Mark Salinas, went above and beyond the call of duty!
Upon finding a camera on the Kemah Boardwalk, Officer Salinas spent more than four months using clues from the camera to track down the owners. The camera contained more than 1,500 photos documenting the owner's engagement, wedding, newborn baby and more. He tracked the owners to Chicago and with a little help from the mayor's office and the ABC affiliate station, the two reunited in Houston this week! Congratulations to Clear Creek High School senior, Jose Soto. He won first at state and qualified for the National Skills USA Culinary Arts competition. The future Food Network star placed in the top 10 and already has his sights set on this year's competition! Go Jose!
