Sunny to Partly Cloudy skies with pleasant temperatures in the upper 60's are forecast for the Historic Wilmington Foundation Home Tour this weekend, April 13-14. A total of 10 properties are open to the public.

The Donald MacRae House was co-designed by Henry Bacon, architect for the Lincoln Memorial, Washington, D.C.

North Carolina's oldest synagogue, Temple of Israel, was built in 1875. The synagogue is one of few in the country still housed in its original nineteenth century building.

This year's tour is a reflection of the variety of architectural styles of homes and religious buildings in four of Historic Wilmington's National Register Districts. From the charming Carolina Cottage to the UNCW Chancellor's mansion, the tour showcases the breadth of home styles in Wilmington's history.
